The residential division values 1-4 family residential properties.  Our geographic service area covers Collier County including Naples, Marco Island, Everglades City, Immokalee, Bonita Springs and Estero.

Property types appraised include single family residential, 2-4 family homes, condominiums, zero lot line residences, villas, carriage homes and vacant home sites.  We specialize in the high end residential market along the Naples beach and in gated golf course communities.
