Commercial Division

The commercial division appraises all property types except 1-4 family residential.  Our geographic service area covers Collier County and portions of Lee including Naples, Marco Island, Everglades City, Immokalee, Bonita springs, Estero and Ft. Myers.

Property types appraised include free standing commercial buildings, industrial, shopping centers, office buildings, commercial condominiums, residential developments, vacant land, boat docs and special purpose properties.  We have expertise in complex assignments in development, redevelopment and litigation.

Our clients include a variety of local, regional and national financial institutions, cities, counties and other government agencies, attorneys, title companies, private corporations and individuals. we take time to understand the client and the real estate problem.
