Carroll & Carroll is an independent fee appraisal firm practicing in Collier and Lee County, Florida.  The principals, Raymond E. Carroll, MAI, SRA and Cynthia S. Carroll, SRA, are brother and sister.  The Carroll family pioneered southwest Florida in the late 1800's.  That kind of history brings insights and a sense of community uncommon in such a fast growing area.  

Ray and his father J. E. "Ernie" Carroll practiced together for ten years as the appraisal division of John R. Wood and Associates, Inc., a regional estate brokerage firm, before forming Carroll & Carroll in 1984.  

Carroll & Carroll offers a full range of appraisal and consulting services. The residential division managed by Cindy Carroll delivers appraisal services to assist with mortgage loan underwriting, estate settlement, buy/sell decisions and a variety of litigation situations including condemnation, divorce and deficiency judgments.  Working with Cindy are Lynda Gibbins and Julianne Tipton Ross. Lynda is a state certified residential appraiser with more than 14 years experience in the Collier County market.  Julianne is a state certified residential appraiser experienced throughout Lee and Collier Counties.  Cindy is a state certified residential appraiser and a qualified expert witness.  Cindy’s personal specialty is high-end residential properties.

The commercial division consists of four associate appraisers working with Ray Carroll.  Terry D. Robertson, MAI, PhD and a state certified appraiser brings with him over 20 years experience as an independent fee appraiser and a teaching professor. Terry accepts assignments in all property types with emphasis on proposed development and income-producing property.  Tim Sunyog is a state certified general appraiser and life-long Naples resident with experience in Collier and Lee Counties as well as the greater Orlando area. Robert Carroll, a registered trainee supervised by Ray Carroll, works the Collier and Lee County markets building experience toward state certification and designation.  Kendall Brooks, a registered trainee supervised by Ray Carroll, is building experience toward state certification and designation.  Ray, who is also a licensed Florida real estate broker, specializes in appraisal review, litigation, and specialized appraisal assignments.
