Robert Carroll joined the firm in 2006 after graduating from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a major in Finance. Robbie brings with him the enthusiasm and vigor of youth as well as his lifetime of experience living in Collier County.

Robert is the son of Ray & Pat Carroll, the nephew of Cindy Carroll, and a grandson of the Founder, Ernie Carroll; quite a burden to bear.

Robert is a State of Florida Registered Trainee. His experience includes vacant and improved commercial properties, subdivision development analysis, and rural lands.

His recreational interests include golf, hunting and fishing.

Timothy Sunyog is a Florida native who grew up in Naples. Tim graduated from Rollins College in Winter Park Florida in 2004 with a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Since then he has been continuously employed in the appraisal profession with commercial property experience in the Orlando area, and extensive experience in a broad range of property types in Collier and Lee counties. Tim is a Florida State-Certified General Appraiser. His interests are golf (he was a member of the Rollins College 2002 NCAA
Division II, National Champion Golf Team), boating and fishing.

Born and raised in Tennessee, Kendall Brooks has lived in the Naples area since 2001. A 1991 graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, he spent over 12 years as a military and commercial aviation pilot before joining our firm in early 2004. Kendall brings excellent computer skills and a perceptive insight into the southwest Florida real estate market. Kendall is a state registered trainee real estate appraiser who is very close to being state certified. Kendall is also pursuing the Appraisal Institute MAI designation.

		Raymond E. Carroll, MAI, SRA Ray Carroll is a fourth generation Naples native and a practicing appraiser since 1975. He holds the Appraisal Institute MAI and SRA designations and he is a Florida state certified general appraiser. Ray manages the commercial division of Carroll & Carroll. His area of specialty is litigation appraisal practice. Ray has served as an officer of the Naples Area Board of Realtors, as president of his local Appraisal Institute chapter and as a member of the national board of directors of the Appraisal Institute and he has taught appraisal ethics and standards. He served four years as a member, and ultimately as chairman of Naples Airport Authority. Ray's community involvement continues as he serves on the board of directors of Liberty Youth Ranch, Inc., as President Elect of Naples Zoo, Inc., and as the secretary of Naples Flying Club, Inc. Ray enjoys hunting, boating, camping, and storytelling. He is a private pilot and owner/operator of a 55 year old swamp buggy named POGO. [Professional Qualifications] [Copy of License]
		*Cindy S.* Carroll, SRA Cindy Carroll is a fourth generation Naples native appraising Collier County real estate since 1986. She holds the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute and is a Florida state certified residential real estate appraiser. Cindy's professional background includes banking, land titles and local government land acquisition and management. Cindy has served on the board of directors of the Southwest Florida Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and regularly conducts seminars for real estate professionals in the local real estate brokerage community. 		*Lynda S. Gibbins* A Naples resident since 1982, with a background in real estate sales and management since 1985, Lynda Gibbins is our senior residential associate. As a licensed Florida real estate broker, Lynda moved into the appraisal field in 1990 and by 1994 she was a Florida State Certified Residential Appraiser. Lynda has been a part of Carroll & Carroll since 1995 specializing in single family residential and condominiums. 		*Julianne Ross* Julie Ross has been involved in the housing industry since childhood when she assisted her Grandfather, Uncle, and Dad as they built homes in Spotsylvania County, Virginia. She moved to Southwest Florida in 1969 where she attended Edison Community College. Prior to becoming a real estate appraiser in 1992, Julie was an administrative assistant or office manager for engineering, architectural, real estate sales, and consultant firms. This gave her a unique insight to the housing industry. Since entering the field of real estate valuation, Julie has gained residential appraisal experience in Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Sarasota, and Hendry counties, with greatest recent expertise in Lee and Collier counties. Julie is an FHA approved appraiser and a Florida State-certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. Her personal interests include gardening, painting, and cooking. 		*Terry D. Robertson Ph.D., MAI* Terry Robertson joined Carroll & Carroll in 2002 specializing in commercial assignments covering most property types. Clients range from lenders to private individuals or corporations requiring lending, security credit ratings, or specialized consulting evaluations/recommendations. Robertson received a BBA in Finance in 1969 and a Ph.D. majoring in Real Estate and Urban Development with a minor in Economics in 1975 from the University of Georgia, Athens, Georgia. Robertson taught at the university level from 1972 until 2000 when he retired. During his teaching he was the owner of Robertson Consulting & Appraisal, Norman, Oklahoma, from 1980 to 2001.
